Decadent baked goods! The banana pudding is amazing. Don't be discouraged by the long lines; the staff is efficient. The only thing to watch out for is the price, which gets expensive quickly.

It was a LOVELY surprise when we found out there was a Magnolia Bakery in Grand Central. I try to stop by a Magnolia on every trip to NYC, but we weren't sure if we would this time. We got a couple of cupcakes and I finally got to try their banana pudding, which I'd heard was the best. It did NOT disappoint at all. The pudding has a whipped texture, which was unexpected, but quite nice. It wasn't overly sweet, but it wasn't bland either. I'm torn between wanting to learn how to make it & not. If I do, then I don't have to wait for my next trip to NYC to have some. Then again, that can also be a bad thing, cause, you know, not healthy...
