Air conditioning doesn't work, count on a hot night. Asked for a different room but they would not give me one. The person at the front desk pretty much let me know that no rooms have decent AC, and many are broken. Breakfast was horrid. Soft boiled eggs hard as a rock. Food trays left unfilled and not refilled unless you complain and wait. Even the orange juice was the cheap stuff. You don't expect much for the lower cost, but don't make the mistake to stay here trying to save a little. Its simply an unpleasant experience from start to finish.

We stayed at the Millenium Hotel in Roissy-en-France (adjacent to CDG airport) last fall and it was not perfect but it was good enough to come back this October. This time, there were multiple problems. We will NOT return to this hotel. We had 2 prepaid rooms but when we arrived (after 5 PM) only one was clean. Were told there'd be a 15-20 minute wait for the other room. Nope. It was a 45-minute wait. When we got into the room it was overheated. The heating/AC system was pumping heat into the room. Housekeeping came and was snotty, spoke French too fast even though asked to speak slowly. Housekeeping could do no better then we did. Same in our friend's room. We opened a window. The manager supplied a floor fan. The cord did not reach all the way to the window. The fan helped. The beds were saggy. The shower head sprayed water out to the side (onto me; luckily I planned to get wet anyway). Our friends had only one bath towel and were advised to look in a drawer to find others. They already had done that. The hotel was full and no other rooms were available. I don't get it. The rooms were uncomfortably warm (upper 70's). I thought the French were THRIFTY. When I could get Internet access it was slow and the connection dropped multiple times. Two nice Macs in the lobby were not connected to the internet. The Windows XP computer in the business center would not connect to the internet at all. Its copy of Norton antivirus was out of date. (BTW, XP is no longer supported by Microsoft). I tried using my iPhone in the lobby. Working slowly through the Icelandair online checkin procedure... the hotel's WiFi connection dropped two times. I gave up. The desk clerk had no access to the internet at her desk computer and could not do this for me. They gave us an email address to email our boarding passes to... when I sent info on the online checkin, the email bounced back with a permanent error. Finally I asked for staff to phone Icelandair and they did. There was loud dance music flooding across the lobby, making conversation at Reception difficult. We checked out the linen-tablecloth restaurant. It too was flooded with loud music. No one was dining. This was 7 PM. Tired and frazzled, we left to eat around the corner in the village of Roissy-en-France. (That was OK but expensive.) The underground parking ramp has confusing directions (one sign to get to Reception was in shadow; I followed a man walking purposely along and therefore found the elevators.) The parking ramp reverses the left-right lane direction. Surprise! You drive ON THE LEFT. The leftmost elevator going up would not respond to my pressing the button for my floor. I took the stairs. I asked how to get to Hertz car return. "It's easy. Just go out, turn right twice, and go to terminal 2." That became a long and twisty path on airport access roads. Turns out we should have gone to the terminal from which our plane was leaving instead. I'm done writing but I haven't described all the problems. Oh well. Life awaits! Now I'm off to pet my cat and enjoy some fresh air.

I booked a room for my sister for her last overnight stay in Paris and she said that the staff was very rude and not friendly. The receptionist didn't explain anything: just hand the key card while typing on her computer and serve the next client, she didn't tell that one of the elevator was not working, even though they saw that she had a lot of luggage. I choose this hotel expecting a better customer service but well I guess, I will have to find some place else next time.

We were 3 people on a business trip. The hotel is clean & tidy. Great location. Staff very friendly. Parking is 20 EUR. Breakfast is 20 EUR. Great and fast service! Attentive crew. Highly recommended!
