Upscale department store connected to Tokyo station. Fantastic basement snacks and food floors. Completely worth the visit. Go on an empty stomach. Lines can be long on the sweets floor, but they have the best of the best with new stalls rotating in.

One of the better food halls we visited and not bad pricing. Come end of day for the discounts. Also enjoyed shopping at the adjoining Tokyu Hands

Very nice, high end department store at the Tokyo station. Not as big as some department stores, but they have Tokyu Hands (department) and some great traditional Japanese gift shops. Recommended.

All the sales people are so polite and nice. Especially love the basement food section.

Perhaps it is the most busiest department for buying food gifts or obento on 1st floor and B1. The convenience location inside the Tokyo Central Station where Shinkasens, trains and subways are all located makes it an ideal place for buying gifts especially food gifts which is almost a must custom for Japanese bringing it back to home, office or alike. The selections are great, but some highly advertised items always being queued up. Some could be pricey, but most people do not mind either they need a bento before boarding a shinkasen or buying food gifts for the sake of custom.
