A renovated hotel once was a office I presume. The room is small like a Japanese business hotel. Pros: Very close to tourist spots and midtown Cons: - Air conditioner is not working properly in WINTER. The room is as cold as outside(20 degrees in Celsius.) They recommend me to have one more blanket at night. - You can hear outside noise easily in your room. Get your room as far as elevators. - Water pressure is not constant and the floor outside of the shower booth get wet with leaked-out water.

this hotel would've been amazing. but when we advised of water leaking from shower into the room... they said 'all rooms are the same. do you need towels?' i advised it needs to be fixed.. and towels wont do.. so they sent the cleaner lady up to advise 'its always like that, because of the doors it will leak' before i had a chance to say anything she helped herself out of the room and closed the door. without a goodbye or offering of more towels as we had used our own to mop up the water. Poor experience..they did not fix the issue rather they say its like that... language was not the barrier here as this was relayed in mandarin. no excuses.

Big hotel with lots of rooms, but only 3 lifts for around 90 rooms per floor. Takes 15 mins at least to get in a lift, longer during peak hours. There’s only 1 restaurant, breakfast queue is so long it’s quicker to buy something quick from the convenient store around the corner and eat in room. Not to mention the room is dirty and noisy. For the price, there are other hotels nearby. Wished I didn’t book this one.

A decently priced and large hotel with convenient access to MRT and very close to the Ximen commercial district. Clean room and seemingly recently renovated bathroom. Breakfast time tend to be busy. Three elevators don't seem to be enough due to heavy demand. No gym and spa services. This is mainly a functional hotel for rest and sleep.

Decent hotel, though rooms can be pretty random in terms of design. We got a pretty meh one with a small window and one that's very interestingly laid out with a large window overlooking the street. Not sure if special requests can be made. Good breakfast and wifi.
