Very helpful and kind staff!! I got what i wanted in minutes. Pleasant experience! I was scared since other reviews was bad. But i can say good representative explaining me everthing about pay-as-go plan. 15£ for 300talk 3000 text and unimited data and very happy with the speed and coverage!

Very awful! Sales assistants are not helpful at all and very rude! Never ever would I suggest to go there to get some help! First you should train your staff before letting them behind the counter. And 3 in general are worst in the UK who's providing internet etc.

From their website I went to the Pay Monthly page, chose “The One Plan 12 Month SIM Only”, read “more details”, which explained: “We need 30 days notice to end your contract”. That’s fine. What they didn’t mention is that one will have to pay the whole amount of the contract for the twelve months too if you want to cancel it. I would have never chosen this plan if that had also been advertised. This is misleading marketing, specially as they list this in the monthly page. A relative who is in her 70’s with an intermediate level of English signed the contract and this issue was not highlighted to her at all. The small print should be remarked very clearly being this the case. The phone was not receiving calls, the caller would go straight into the voicemail and sometimes was not able to make them, irregularly. I went to the 3Store. They sent me to Apple store. They gave me a new iphone, reinstalled the software. Still the issue was not resolved. Then back to the 3Store who replaced the SIM. I phoned customer services who had me 1:40 minutes on the phone. In the end the problem is their network, as the engineers at the call center explained. They were doing maintenance work apparently in N6 and no reception inside Apple in Covent Garden. I just want to end this contract as their service is so unreliable!!! They made me waste so much time today trying to sort this out. They are breaching it as they are not offering the service they are charging for. They still wanted to fine me!!!
