This is a very busy hotel. The first room they gave me smelled like cigarettes. The front desk was very nice and quickly moved me to another room. The new room smelled better but it looks very dated and very used. The furniture and bathroom looks old and not very well kept. You can see where maintenance has been done with no effort to make it look nice. The parking lost is horrible. I think it will be a miracle if my car doesn't get broken into or a door ding. Won't be staying here again.

The front desk staff was friendly. The room was fairly clean and the shower head was powerful, which was one of my top priority. But the 29 dollar daily parking fee was a total ripoff. Should've gone through the yelp reviews first. The lot was shabby and small; the worst I've ever used. The carpet in the hallway was very dirty and probably worse than most motel or inn. But that's okay I don't need to sleep on it. No power outlets anywhere near the beds was just ridiculous. One of the only two outlets in the room was broken. Overall, this hotel is more like a two star and definitely not worth the money

I booked a room for my family who was visiting for a weekend and was very happy! The staff is excellent, very responsive to needs and super friendly. They made my family feel welcome and safe. It was very cheap and clean and in a great area of town, close to many restaurants and small shops. My family enjoyed the complimentary breakfast and tea and cookies in the evening. A very good place all around!! I would definitely recommend it to others.

We stayed overnight to catch a flight the next morning. Very clean, quiet and convenient. Staff was extremely helpful and welcoming. We also took advantage of using parking services, which was very convenient. Used the morning shuttle to take us to the airport. Was seamless process! Thank you!

When we arrived to check in at 11pm, the line was quite long and not very organized. The two hotel staff seemed overwhelmed but were apologetic for the wait. The hotel has a nice lobby and good looking restaurant/bar area. Our room was in an odd part of the hotel... 4th floor in the West building... you walk outside to get to the room. All but one of the other rooms in this area were unoccupied and some of the rooms were incomplete as we passed by (vacant and lacking all furniture). It was a strange part of the hotel. Moreover, the furniture, bathroom and inside of the room looked very old and looked like it hadn't been redone in decades. The bed was comfortable and we slept fine. All in all, this was more like a motel room than a hotel room. Unless I was in the redone/newer part of the hotel, I wouldn't stay here again.
