A quiet and scenic place filled with plants and trees endemic to Taiwan and a handful of countries. The pond was particularly scenic, with plenty of colorful East Indian lotuses in full bloom. Check the flower calendar on the Botanical Garden’s website for the current list of flowers in bloom. Admission is free.

It was a pleasant experience of bird watching and flower observing. It doesn't hold up to some of the more illustrious botanical gardens out there, but it did not disappoint either.

A beautiful garden. Nice plants and animals to see. But not enough explanation in English :(

Taipei Botanical Garden, is a well preserved historical garden with its famous beautiful lotus pond during the summer season. A good place for tourists to visit, also a peaceful escape for those who lived in the city.

A lush botanical garden full of lovely plants. Great place for a summer stroll, preferably in the morning or late afternoon so not too hot.
