Finest of fast food, perfect for family with kids also Always has been one of my favorite places, when burger cravings are just undeniable (burgers are so tasty, but that is the fact known by lots of people already). But last night had to find a place to have a dinner with a kid (2.5 years old), thought that this is will be the least appropriate place, but was wrong. First of all they have all the children stools and "fun packs", which includes coloring and different games, second - all the staff is more than nice and no one was annoyed by boy running around (plenty room to walk, when baby gets bored). Special kids' menu is also a plus. Unfortunately dont remember the name of our waitress as she was extremely polite and friendly. Hint: Monday evening is perfect time to get a table as not busy, if you still want to get in there on Friday or Saturday night, better book in advance or be ready to wait in a bar (sometimes for half an hour), but delicious cocktails will help you with that :)

It was my daughters 6th birthday and we just want to have desserts but Melissa told us that we cannot use the restuarant table are for dining customers only. We went to the bar but the tables are dirty and sticky. We tried to sit at the restuarant table but Melissa insisted us to use the bar tables. At this point we really feel unwelcome so we left and my daughter in her tears. We will not be visiting any of you restaurants ever again.

The waiter here was fantastic and really looked after us all night. The food is great and the jack Daniels glaze is really really moreish. The prices are a bit more than other tgi Fridays due to the location so they don't always have the meal deals you expect.

Very, very busy but still got a table immediately. Really pleasant waitress who was really nice with our 9 year old daughter. Bit of a wait for our food, but it was all good when it did arrive.

40 minute wait for food, a waitress who had no idea what was going on. We asked where I food was and as soon as we asked it magically appeared. The food was over cooked, for £15 I don't expect a burger that's thrown together by a child. Got the manager, he brought us starters to make up for it. Starters aren't main meals, we came for a meal. He then brought us bill and charged us for everything, nothing was up to standard and being an international chain it costs them pennies to make the food, so why should be pay for an awful time? I understand it's central London and there's a lot more restaurants out there, but it's a con and the management is stealing money from tourists. Oh yeah, I sat down and the seat broke. I'm 8 stone, that's embarrassing.
