I absolutely love living here! I have been a resident since May, when I moved in with my boyfriend and our two fur-babies. Everybody is so pleasant, and the two women who work in the office are so nice and helpful!! It is a nice quiet area, yet still within the city. There are gorgeous walking trails across the street from the apartment, or you can head to downtown Manayunk which is a 5 minute drive away! I would definitely recommend West River Apartments to anyone!

I sent out an email to check the availability of the studio earlier this week. Never respond! I literally just call them 5 mins ago. I changed my mind. The lady who picked up the phone sounded extremely sleepy and unwilling to help at 10:40 in the morning. She just kept repeating all I have is 2 bedroom and 2 bath.... I can't image living there with such a rude staff. I definitely is not going to move there any more. I am not going to waste my time and money being treated like this. Come on! I don't know what happened in your life.. But all I did was just a phone call...

I went there 4 time to rent an apartment. The first two times, during the week days, no one was at the office at 3 PM! The last two times they refused to show me an apartment unless I paid a deposit and signed the leas to show them that I was serious with renting the apartment. No one signs a lease before seeing the apartments. This is not a way to treat customers. I wonder if they do that just for internationals, thinking that we do not understand what's going on. We might not speak English as fluently as natives, but we do have brains and understand that you do not know how to run a business. BTW, I really think a star is more than what you deserve.

Looks like management maintains a junk yard in the community area, look at the junk tires photo in the photos section. It is not cleaned even after repeated requests. Health of the community is at risk especially with the outbreak of mosquitoes. Management and maintenance is under staffed and below the par to serve the community. It takes months and lots of follow up before fixing simple issues. Most of the time issue rotates from maintains to contractor to vendor, and every one blames each other for not doing good work.
