If you like library's and books its an good place. You will be asked to leave your belongings in lockers. Which are for free. Staff is friendly buy does not speak english. The books are nice but most are on Japanese. Some exhibitions were present and translated in English. The building used to be a school. Its beautiful and clean. Its very quiet.

It was huge and so informative! So much to see and read. The administration definitely takes what they're doing very seriously. Also it was without any doubt the museum with the best English translations all across Japan. I recommend having a good few hours to visit it if you wanna read and see everything in detail.

Cool place with thousands of volumes of manga. Your could just hang out here and read all day if you wanted to. The coolest room was the time-line room, where you would follow the progress manga has made over time, form the 40s to today.

Small but interesting. Worth a trip if you read Manga or other comics and are interested in Japanese culture. Lots to read!

Ruben Waran

A must for anime and manga fans. Takes about 2 to 2 and a half hours. The place exhibits a big range of manga comics. There is a cafe that serves coffee downstairs and also a small restaurant that serves good food.
