Writing this review from my hotel room 1010 right now. My expectations were very high for this hotel. After walking into the lobby it seems very modern and high class. The view from our room is phenomenal and the room itself it pretty nice with a spa tub. Now this is where it starts to get ugly... room is very dirty. Dust on top of everything in room, water glass marks on counters and sides of bathtub. Tub not cleaned and hair inside. So we went to the pool for a swim... not only does the water feel slimy, but the entire area was a filthy mess. Dirty towels everywhere and left over garbage from other customers. Went back a few hours later and it still looked the same. The hallway where our room is located is littered with dirty dishes from the patrons who stayed here almost 24 hours ago. They were here at noon when we checked in and are still all down the hall at 11pm. I got a great discount on the room but they add hidden fees that rack up quickly. $40 for mandatory parking and $10 for wifi per day. Nothing was ever mentioned. Nothing even in the room that describes services or amenities that the hotel offers. And they don't even tell you about the parking fee at check in!!!!!!! Last but not least... fine dining! I wouldn't know because we didn't eat here. We went to the restaurant for dinner but they had no children's menu and prices were outrageous. We ended up eating down the street. Overall... Hotel is not kid friendly, expect to pay extra when not advertised and not clean!!!!! Hotel has potential but needs new management. Editing at 6am following morning... was just woken up to water pouring through the bathroom ceiling... when opening the door to let maintenance in the same dirty dishes are lining the hallway... and now they stink!!!! Never again!!!!!! Maintenance showed up and did nothing. Water is still on the floor. They didn't even clean it up. I guess I have to since my 3 year old needs to use the bathroom. Final update... added one start because manager was very nice this morning and refunded me $100. Still won't try this hotel again. Updating again.. I have food poisoning from the breakfast!!!! DO NOT stay here!!!!!!

Beautiful hotel. Fantastic rooms. Beware the hidden mandatory 45$/night parking fees. And don't keep anything in your car. The valet left our car unlocked, or they were in some kind of scam, but either way our car was ransacked and we lost hundreds of dollars in items while it was "safely" in the valet parking lot under video surveillance. the hotel originally told us they'd take care of it, then ignored me for 3 months. At which time after going to the Director of Operations they finally sent me a letter saying to leave them alone because "their review" showed they were not at fault. I asked to see the results of it because I have a car alarm which didn't go off and their video should have shown what occurred and they just ignored me. I honestly believe the valet staff have some sort of illegal scam going on designed to steal from you then stone wall you into frustration. My next call is to the police although I'm sure by now the tapes have been magically erased or overwritten.

Stayed here in April 2017. The Hotel was great, the view was amazing! Beware of the $40/ night parking charge as there is no on-site parking available; which brings me to the issue I faced: I heard the reviews about the Valet Service not being up to mark and was hesitant to give my car to them. Rightly so! My car's right fender was scratched with some other vehicle's paint!! The other thing which I noticed was a poor system of accommodating guests for breakfast since it took 45 mins to be seated .

We booked the property over the weekend to spend some quality time with family and stayed at Room 628. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with amenities and staff at Marriott. Since we had food restrictions, we decided to take home food for us and our 3 year daughter. Surprisingly there was no microwave in the entire building for guests. We are frequent traveller to Niagara and this time we decided to stay at Marriott, this is the first property we visited which did not had a basic thing like microwave. We requested at the front office to help us reheat our food at the staff cafeteria microwave which they refused as the staff was not at all approachable. During check out when we expressed our concern we were told that due to food safety and ingredients they cannot reheat the food for guest. We were very surprised with their answer as this not what was mentioned to us during the request, Infact, we had a complete list of ingredients to share for our food. had they wanted to know about our food. I hope you can understand the agony as we were there to enjoy but had to starve all night as we just couldn't consume cold food. Being myself from hospitality industry, i believe it was the attitude of the staff which makes a difference. I am not writing this to expect anything or get any freebies but hopefully to get this to the right people and address the issue. Its great to see Hotel was very busy but customer service should never be neglected. I would just sum up that working in a corporate organization and in my social circle, I would never recommend or return to this property ever. Thanks

Service was phenomenal. Front desk was genuinely caring and courteous. Booked through a third party at a cheaper than posted rate but was treated just the same and was even upgraded to fallsview room at no additional charge. Would highly recommend the Marriott. Clean spacious rooms and a very easy walk to the falls or casino.
