The staff were very nice. Hotel room is very nice and spacious but not in October. It's off-peak season that you can't do any activity. I was very disappointed that thier swimming pool was closed... All you can do is going to hot spring or eating at restaurant. there are two restaurant options - I recommend the one on the first floor. Not buffet. The restaurant which offer buffet was really not worth to pay for. It was around $40. I rathered eating at the same restaurant at first floor at lunch and dinner both. Anyway, restaurant option was so limited. If you don't mind driving, go drive to explore different restaurant.

Beautiful resort. The Kiroro is set in it's been own grounds with direct access to the ski slopes. Impressed with service quality which seems to be quite multinational so English is spoken. Lovely rooms with huge king beds and a view to linger a bit longer. Came during the shoulder season, so not all in-house restaurants are opened. The onsen is located in a separate annex outside the main block. So have to bear with a tad of the cold in order to reach the baths/spa. WiFi network is very good.

Clean room. Perfect. Good for ski players.

Good hotel. But they have some stupid and unskilled staff. When I asked him to recommend good restaurants, he replied he didn't know because they have no chance to use. Also he didn't know what I could enjoy their activity during my stay.

Spacious and awesome. Very nice and friendly staff. Likely anywhere else in Japan, be patient. People needs time to understand what you speak and response.
