It was fine for the price we paid. Nice front desk area and great breakfast . Low marks for the very small room with even smaller bathroom, the elevator got stuck and the door wouldn't open on our floor, we had to go up a floor and luckily the door opened then and then took the stairs down. We continued to use the stairs the rest of our stay. Also, our room was on the road side so there was a lot of road and traffic noise from 99. Good marks for location. We were going to a concert at the keyarena and it was an easy walk through the Seattle center.

Super helpful staff. Kind, funny and made the check in process easy. They gave great suggestions for places to see. The hotel was perfectly located and not more than a 15-20 minute walk from every thing. Great sized room and super comfy beds. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really earning that second star. I'm definitely NOT impressed with the quality inn. Nothing in our room worked, the hair dryer busted, tv didn't have all the channels, and the iron didn't heat up. We tried talking to the front desk and they didn't do anything about the iron which I needed for the wedding we were attending. Athletic center was under construction and there's no pool. On top the hotel fucked up our reservation and gave our family of 4 a room with 1 bed and a twin sized roll out. If looking for a hotel try the holiday inn across the street.

Unfortunately, the experience was not good at all. I cannot understand how there are all these 3, 4 and 5 stars for this hotel. My room smelled badly. Very musty. My bed was far from comfortable. The pillows were prickly and the sheets felt old and very used. They were not smooth. The bathroom was clean, but the toilet seat was peeling. The carpeted floor felt wet (guess that's why it was funky). Appliances were old and never looked like they were brand new as if they were originally bought second/third hand. Spend the extra $20-$50 for a more comfortable night's stay somewhere else. Free breakfast isn't worth it.

I think most of the complaints about this hotel is unwarranted. While they won't wait on you hand and foot, the staff here was great. They answered questions and fixed any issues. I think some of the bad reviews are expecting too much from this hotel. It worked for someone that was in Seattle sightseeing and not spending most of their entire time at a hotel. It was charming in its own way. Room is a tad small but ok. Also, the fact that they had Direct TV made this the most TV choices I have ever had in a hotel!!
