An amazing experience. This is not recommended for people who have back problems as the boat ride is quite choppy. The staff was knowledgeable and friendly. I went up with my brother and paid for the video package as well. They give you a code to search on YouTube and it's an edited keepsake. Good memory, highly suggest their video over taking your own camera out, as it may fall off the boat.

Very great experience with friendly and knowledgeable staff. First person of contact over the phone was very pleasant to talk to and courteous which made the experience awesome right off the bat. Gals who ran the boat and parasail were a blast and accommodating. Very reasonable pricing!!

Great experience! I went with 2 others at the same time. The employees that were operating the boat and the parachute knew what they were doing and were fun to talk to. Great views at 1200'. We saw 14 dolphins beneath us. I'd definitely recommend this to anyone.

This was our first parasail experience and it was GREAT! Found the business office in Kona easily enough even though it was set back from the street and nestled among some shops. We arrived on the pier on time and were met by the tow boat. Myself and my wife went together and a group of three people from Chicago went too. We brought our own cameras in waterproof camera bags with lanyards, so we didn't opt for the photo package. We went up first and were briefed and harnessed as the boat moved out into open water. We were hooked up and lifted off from the boat deck and sailed to the standard 600' height. When offered to upgrade to 800' (via hand signals) we gave the signal and were raised higher and stayed aloft longer. The ride was smooth as silk, quiet and not as windy as we'd expected. It was great and we were towed past our ship (Pride of America) and took some great photos and videos. Watching the other group go up was almost as fun as doing it ourselves. We had a ball! We bought souvenir t-shirts from a cooler right on the boat and charged them to our credit card wirelessly. Very convenient. If you've never tried this before, you should do it at least once. Highly recommended.
