This hotel has a great, but slightly pricey, package. The hotel lobby and rooms are really nice. The Wild West show and train ride were fun. The bus tour at the Grand Canyon was pretty lame, but probably ideal if you cannot walk well. The buffet at the hotel was overpriced and mediocre. Overall, this a really good package for families and older folks, but not for those who are very active. As a side note, they have the best gift shops I've seen in a long time.

Stayed here on the way up to the Grand Canyon. Rooms were nice and clean. The cafe adjacent to the hotel has a buffet that isn't great so I'd recommend exploring other options in town. The Wifi could use a serious upgrade.

Amazing room, the Suite is huge !!! We spent 2 nights and it was a great experience. Food was great and the best part of it, Williams is an amazing little town. The train experience was great as well. We will be back !!

We stayed here for two nights in January 2016 when we were touring Grand Canyon and northern AZ ... we loved this hotel. The hotel feels like an early 20th century lodge. Our room exceeded our expectations... clean, good pressure and hot water in shower. We were on a tour package that included 4 meals which we had at either the Cafe buffet of Spensers Pub. They all exceeded our expectations. Because of time of year, it was not crowded so it was very relaxing.

Horrible Wi-Fi, over priced food, and Luggage Carts have laughable steering.
